Does Encored sell tickets?
No. Show pages can list offers from sellers and link out to them. Payment happens on their site, not in Encored.
Where is my confirmation code?
Sign-up sends a six-digit code to your email. Enter it on the code screen in the app. You can resend after a short wait. Check spam if it does not arrive.
Who can see what I save?
Want to go and have a ticket start private. Selling a ticket is visible to friends. You can share a private save so friends can see it. People who are not friends only see what your profile already shows them as public.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile settings and delete the account. That removes the login and the profile, saves, and friend requests tied to it.
